Our home-cooked meals are a vital part in the creation of an enriching environment that promotes health and well-being. We offer a wide variety of meals and snacks with a rotating menu along with the ability to modify any diet order according to the medical need of the individual.
Wound Care Expertise
Aegis Health and Rehabilitation features a full-time Wound Care Certified Nurse and partners with a Wound Care doctor who visits weekly. Together, they provide dedicated, hands-on wound care, ensuring residents receive consistent and expert treatment tailored to their needs.
Supporting Our Heroes
Aegis Health and Rehabilitation is proud to be a contracted VA facility, serving those who have served our country. Nearly one-third of our resident population are Veterans, and we are honored to provide them with specialized support, respect, and care in a community that understands their unique needs. Our team is experienced in coordinating VA benefits and services, ensuring eligible Veterans receive the care they deserve in a welcoming, dignified environment.
Life Enrichment
Aegis Health and Rehabilitation offers a warm, family-like environment. Our activities department provides two daily activities, seven days a week, including monthly live music, group events, and individual options. Residents stay informed and entertained through our Community Television Channel, which shares the daily menu, activities, and community movies.
We also offer two weekly church services and encourage families to join in, creating a truly resident-focused, engaging community.
